Kasireddy Narayan Reddy College of Engineering & Research was established in the year 2008 and was established under the aegis of Brilliant Group of Hyderabad. It is a private college which is situated in Hyderabad, Telangana. It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The college has been affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU) Hyderabad. The college is committed to creating a new cadre of skilled citizens with a high level of competence, a deep sense of social responsibility, and moral integrity. This is done by fostering and promoting knowledge and talent in core and frontier disciplines through innovative education programmes, research, industrial training, and consultancy.

The KNRCER Hyderabad courses are offered to interested candidates at diploma, undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. All the courses at the college are offered in offline, regular mode to the students. There are a total of 18 courses offered to students in the stream of engineering and management. The KNRCER Hyderabad admission to all the courses is offered on the basis of the candidate's performance in the respective entrance exam as well as the last qualifying exam. Some of the entrance exams that are accepted by the college for admission are TS POLYCET (for diploma courses), TS EAMCET (for B.Tech courses), GATE/TS PGECET (for M.Tech courses), and TS ICET (for MBA course).

The KNRCER Hyderabad campus, which is spread out over an area of 10 acres, offers students a gymnasium, boys' and girls' hostels, laboratories, a sports complex, transportation services, banking facilities, a full-fledged library, a canteen and other amenities. There is also a dedicated placement cell at the college for tasks related to placement. The KNRCER Hyderabad placement cell and the participating recruiters hold placement drives every year to give students the chance to start their careers before even finishing their degrees. The college often hosts a range of events, such as webinars, seminars, pre-placement interviews, training sessions, and more, and has a history of consistently providing candidates with a 100% placement data over the years. 

Students who are interested in the KNRCER Hyderabad courses can enrol at the diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. The courses at the college are offered in the stream of engineering, technology, and management streams. The institute provides 18 courses to interested candidates in a regular, offline format. All the diploma programmes are offered for three years, UG programmes are offered for four years, and M.Tech. and MBA programmes are offered for two years. Entrance tests including the TS EAMCET, GATE/TS PGECET, and TS ICET, as well as MBA entrance exams, are used to determine admission to the KNRCER Hyderabad courses. 

To become eligible for the B.Tech course, applicants must have finished class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Math as the primary subjects. Candidates for the M.Tech courses must hold a B.Tech in the relevant stream from a recognised university. The KNRCER Hyderabad fees for various courses range between Rs 15,000 to Rs 57,000 annually.
